Leaders of Dudley’s Aluminium have announced that the business is set to grant employees a one-off payment of £750, to support people during the cost of living crisis. The fabricator has 52 employees working across the company.
Colin Shorney, managing director of Dudley’s Aluminium, said: “As a responsible employer, we are taking this step to help our employees through the current economic conditions. We have a workforce with a strong sense of loyalty who are proud to work for the company. It is only right that we support our employees through this crisis as, although inflation is expected to have now peaked, costs for food, energy and fuel remain high.”
