Judges of the Scale-Up Awards 2023 have named Dekko Window Systems as a finalist for the Manufacturing Excellence Award. Winners are due to be announced on 16 November at the Novotel London West hotel. The awards are organised by Business Leader, a media company for entrepreneurs, CEOs and investors.
The Manufacturing Excellence Award recognises businesses with a world-class manufacturing ethos as well as outstanding productivity and performance. Scale-Up award winners are decided by an independent panel of judges that includes the Dragon’s Den investor Touker Suleyman, investor and author Alpesh Patel OBE.
“Being named a finalist in this year’s Scale-Up awards is a testament to Dekko’s unwavering commitment to delivering world-class products and outstanding business performance,” said Kurt Greatrex, sales director for the PVC and aluminium fabricator. “We are very proud of what we’ve achieved over the past 12 months.
“This recognition is a reflection of the dedication and hard work of our entire team. We look forward to continuing to set new standards in the industry and providing our valued customers with the best solutions.”
The Scale-Up Awards nomination follows a successful year for Dekko, according to the business’ representative. The Dekko team has reported increasing demand across the trade manufacturer’s product range, which includes the Räum range of luxury aluminium windows and doors as well as the Infinity range of PVC-U windows and doors.
The company is also marketed as the UK’s largest fabricator of Residence Collection windows and doors. Additionally, leaders of Dekko launched what is described as the world’s first fully seamless PVC-U window, thanks to an exclusive agreement with a team of machinery experts from Haffner.
“It’s incredibly humbling to see Dekko being recognised by leading investors in the wider business community,” Kurt added. “I’d like to take this opportunity to wish our fellow finalists the very best of luck.” For more information about Dekko, visit the fabricator’s website.
