Dekko assembles team to drive growth

Dekko Window Systems has announced the formation of a new team, which the company said is aimed at driving sales and enhancing customer service.

The team brings together three employees who have joined the company within the past six months.

According to a company statement, Paul Schofield, who has more than 16 years of industry experience, is set to focus on “spearheading growth” within Dekko’s aluminium division, which includes products from both Reynaers and Decalu. His role includes promoting new products and supporting customers.

Austin O’Carroll, who has more than 20 years’ experience in sales, customer service and product marketing, is to oversee the continued success of the Residence Collection brand, it noted. His responsibilities include acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and providing pre- and post-sales support.

Lee Williams, who has 12 years of industry experience, is expected to work closely with existing trade customers to provide exceptional sales support and service across Dekko’s product range, the statement said. This includes Deceuninck and Residence Collection PVC-U systems as well as aluminium solutions from Reynaers and Decalu. Lee will also be responsible for driving composite door sales with a wide range of products to choose from, it cited.
