Force 8 has taken delivery of the latest generation of CNC machines to further expand its composite door production. Since the introduction of the Decadence range, Force 8 says that the demand for the unique contemporary doors has steadily grown over the past two years.
Force 8 has been manufacturing composite doors for over 10 years, specialising in unique designs which require a higher degree of accuracy and is one of the few companies in the UK producing arched, and part arched doors, which is linked to its single length profile bending service. With the new machine installed arched doors can be milled, and at the same time the frame can go through the bending and fabrication process, which according to Force 8, will provide assurance that both will be a ‘perfect fit’.
“This new unit will give us greater flexibility to produce even more new designs and linked with our paint facility it will open up a world of new possibilities,” commented Dennis Sumner, managing director at Force 8.
“As a company we are constantly improving our products and service to the trade,” continued Dennis. “The new CNC machine will make a big difference to our production and speed up our lead times.”
