The Residence Collection says that its fully branded showroom is not just to support a growing network of trade partners but is also a ‘fully operational’ consumer environment which is used to support local installation companies in the Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas, seven days a week.
Featuring British vintage styling, the showroom is visible from the main A38. It has toilet facilities, a bar area with kitchen, seating and refreshments and an open plan meeting area with television for customer presentations.
On display is a full range of marketing support materials including brochures and a selection of windows and doors from The Residence Collection. There are nine full sized windows showing R2, R7 and R9 including window combinations, Georgian bar and all three glazing beads for double glazing.
In addition, there are also four full sized working doors including R9 Solidor, French, glazed open in and timber alternative with panelled sash and mullions to complement the windows. There are a variety of coloured and woodgrain options on show across the range including dual colours, along with further corner samples, bay and coupler assemblies.
Sarah Hitchings, sales and marketing director of The Residence Collection, commented: “The consumer showroom is multi-functional in that it supports our own work with manufacturing partners and installers, but is also a stand-alone facility for companies and architects relatively local to us. With customers for high-end products more willing than ever to travel, it’s already generated considerable sales, whilst supporting our business in a broader perspective.
“It’s also proven to be a template for our installer partners when they consider their own showroom environments as we’re eager to promote best practice and to ultimately help them sell more of our unique products.”
