Certass Trade Association (TA) has launched Certass TA Business Essentials – said to be ‘a fantastic new benefit’ for members.
According to Certass TA, the business support package includes valuable information, resources and free helplines on HR, health and safety, debt recovery, tax and legal issues to help installers get even more value from their membership.
Chair at Certass Trade Association, Jon Vanstone, said: “From talking to our installer members, we knew that there was a real need for practical help and advice on these subjects. Many of them are independent installers who are fitting on site as well as running their business, so free access to these resources can really help them run things more efficiently and profitably.”
Certass TA Business Essentials includes direct access to experienced HR, health and safety, legal and tax advisors over the phone, so they can get any questions or issues answered by specialists. They will also have access to more than 750 downloadable documents, including template contracts, letters and checklists to help with their business admin. On top of this is access to a professional debt recovery service, so that installers don’t have to get weighed down chasing rogue consumers for payment.
