Leaders of Business Pilot have announced a new partnership with Paradigm Vendo, a home improvement contractor sales app based in the US. The news comes ahead of the Business Pilot team’s exhibition presence at GlassBuild America, a trade show that begins tomorrow (31 October) and ends on Thursday (2 November), in Atlanta.
The two digital business and sales management platforms are now seamlessly integrated via an API, to remove double entry input and to help improve business efficiency. Customer details, lead information and sales appointments entered into the Business Pilot system can be pulled through to the Paradigm Vendo platform ready for quoting and selling jobs virtually or in the home, according to Business Pilot’s representatives.
Quote and sales information from Paradigm Vendo is then fed back to Business Pilot where contracts, finance, installation dates, purchase orders and stock can be managed. The software also collates live data into personalised dashboards, to help contractors manage their business more efficiently and effectively, they added.
