Lorraine Balch, certification manager at BSI, made a special trip to the Rehau stand at the FIT Show to congratulate the company on continuously holding its BSI Kitemark for 25 years.
Rehau’s UK chief executive, Martin Hitchin, and quality manager, Mark Gajda, received a framed certificate from Lorraine to mark what is a very significant achievement.
Speaking at the presentation, Lorraine said: “The whole team at Rehau Windows should be very proud to have reached this 25 year anniversary. They have shown real dedication to retaining the Kitemark throughout the rigorous programme of annual checks and to retain it for 25 years is a huge achievement.
“The BSI Kitemark stands for quality, safety and trust and therefore when products carry the Kitemark, customers can feel confident that the product has been independently tested on a regular basis to ensure that it will perform to that consistent quality every time.”
Martin Hitchin added: “Rehau’s Kitemark achievement is one of the most instantly recognisable symbols of our commitment to production quality. It’s a vital part of our offering to customers and retaining it for 25 years is certainly testament to the expertise and commitment of Mark and the whole of the quality and production teams.”
