Bohle has announced that it will host two information and innovation days in the autumn, designed to showcase some of the latest product developments from its range of hardware products and glass processing consumables.
Scheduled for 7-8 November, Bohle says the two open days will showcase a series of new product launches including its recently unveiled MasterTrack internal door system.
Able to accommodate glass thickness from 8mm to 12.76mm and a maximum weight of up to 150kg, the MasterTrack FT is available as either a wall mounted, or ceiling hung system. According to Bohle, it combines ‘exceptionally smooth and ultra-quiet’ running with a series of ‘significant’ installation efficiencies.
The days will also include product demonstrations on the new Bohle Easymount 6020 balustrading system. The heavy-duty addition the to the EasyMount range withstands a linear load of up to 1.5kN, while cutting the cost of installation by up to a third.
On the consumables side, customers will also be able to trial ExtraClean, Bohle’s revolutionary new cleaner, which shifts stubborn dirt, graffiti and grime from a wide variety of surfaces, without damaging them, plus XtraGrip MS, its new hybrid polymer mirror adhesive.
The days will also feature a glass bonding workshop, plus established product showcase including Bohle’s sedimentor; drills and CNC tooling; Glass Buddy, which provides simple and accurate measurement of glass thickness and composition; Bohle’s highly flexible belt grinding machine, the Versalux Plus; and the Liftmaster manual lifting device.
Dave Broxton, Bohle’s managing director, said: “Bohle i-days are open to anyone with an interest in glass processing or handling. There will be the chance to see demonstrations of new products, including the MasterTrack sliding door, which dramatically cuts installation time and in a similar vein, the Easymount 6020, which cuts installation costs by as much as a third.
“The idea is that it’s an opportunity to share a little specialist knowledge with our customers and to showcase a number of new products which can support them in accessing key markets more effectively.”
