Assure Certification, which is said to be the only independently run competent person scheme for the glazing industry in England and Wales, has announced that it has increased its membership ‘dramatically’ since its departure from the Veka UK Group in July.
Assure’s managing director, Austin Greene, said: “As the only independent competent person scheme, our ethos is the personal touch, our team are friendly, helpful and probably some of the most knowledgeable people within the industry.”
According to Assure, it prides itself on problem solving and helping companies fulfil legal requirements for registrations, inspections and MTC’s and much more.
Assure is also reported to be the only competent person scheme which conducts auditing for the Kitemark Installation scheme and can also arrange certification for fabrication businesses to PAS024, SBD and CE marking, includings Energy Ratings and fire door certification.
