Abacus Agents, a fenestration component supplier, is celebrating its 21-year partnership with hardware brand, ERA.
According to a statement, Abacus Agents has been supplying hardware and door and window furniture to fabricators and door manufacturers across Scotland for over 30 years. The supplier has bases in both Dundee and Glasgow.
For 21 of those years, Abacus Agents has been supplying customers with a range of ERA products for PVC-U and composite windows and doors. A statement said the range includes ERA’s high-performance door and window locks, and premium collection of Fab&Fix decorative hardware. The company also supplies weatherseals from Schlegel (part of the ERA ’s sister brand).
Abacus Agents attributed the longevity of the partnership to ERA’s quality products and excellent customer service. It also cited the regular training opportunities ERA provides as one of the many reasons it has partnered with the Midlands-based manufacturer for over 20 years.
