Demos of Business Micros’ Touch Vendor remote sales and ordering software are now live, here. The company encourages installers to register their details online in order to access a step-by-step demonstration which walks them through the setup process. There’s no need to sign up for a free trial in order to see the demo; registered users can explore the software and see how all the features work before they commit.
The Touch Vendor demo starts at a dashboard which shows users exactly how to take a warm enquiry generated from their own website designer, add in the necessary survey info and send a priced quotation to the customer. Purple info icons, dotted around at key points, open up when you click on them to explain how elements of the software work, guiding users. Installers can play around with the product designer in the demo and see how to select their chosen products, add in their prices and deploy it to their website. Touch Vendor’s one-month free trial, which has been offered since launch, is still available, and there’s also a live chat function available on the website for anyone who needs help.
Paul Callaghan, from Business Micros Group company the Consultancy – which is responsible for the design of Touch Vendor – said: “Lots of customers have been waiting for the demo before they sign up to the trial, so this will be a really popular move. It’s the first in a whole series of additions we’ve got planned for Touch Vendor over the coming months, as well as the upcoming launch of the Touch software for fabricators, which will enable Vendor users to order direct.”
