Deceuninck was recently granted a RoSPA’s Gold award for commitment to occupational health and safety, the fourth year running it has won the accolade.
The RoSPA awards scheme, which dates back almost 60 years, recognises commitment to continuous improvement in accident and ill-health prevention. The scheme looks at accident records, entrants’ health and safety management systems and its leadership and workforce involvement.
“Health and safety in the workplace often gets bad press,” said Roy Frost, Deceuninck’s MD. “But organisations, like Deceuninck, that provide a safe and healthy workplace demonstrate a clear commitment to the wellbeing of their staff.
“Achieving the award highlights our commitment to employees and demonstrates to customers and potential new customers that health and safety is paramount. It shows Deceuninck’s commitment to quality in every aspect of its business.”
