Warwick Developments Specialist Division’s leaders have chosen ERA as the sole supplier of balances for its range of sash windows. Warwick is a supplier of PVC-U and aluminium windows and doors.
ERA’s new TrueGlide balance has already been supplied for over 8,000 of Warwick’s Spectus sash windows. Following continued uplift in demand for PVC-U sash windows, for both residential refurbishments and commercial real estate, Warwick required a consistent supply of high-performance balances in the shortest possible lead times, according to Warwick’s representatives. TrueGlide offers a weight carrying range between 4.5kg to 28.4kg.
Steve Cardwell, production manager at Warwick Developments Specialist Division, said: “The new TrueGlide balance from ERA delivers on performance, quality and overall ease of use. We have used ERA’s balances for over a decade, and I can say with certainty that this is the best balance we have used.”
Warwick also specifies ERA’s range of gearing and ‘Fab and Fix’ decorative furniture for its sash window portfolio. Available in nine suited finishes, the decorative furniture includes cam locks and keeps, handles, eyes, pulls, travel restrictors and knobs.
