Bohle will be inviting the industry to get ‘hands on’ with its sliding door, balustrade, glass handling and new scratch removal systems, at this year’s FIT Show, 12 -14 April.
The second year that Bohle has attended the glass and glazing expo, its stand – number 123 – will be packed with the latest innovations in glass processing technologies and consumables.
This includes the latest additions to its sliding door systems, the SlideTec Optima 50. A new addition to Bohle’s SlideTec hardware range, the easy-install SlideTec Optima 50 supports weights of up to 50kg, while eliminating pre-drilling of glass, using smart clamping technology.
The space saving Portavant 60 twinline, moves Bohle’s sliding door offer a step further. It introduces a double-track system, allowing doors to be opened one on top of the other using a telescopic movement, making it an ideal room divider where space is at a premium.
Show visitors will also be able to try their hand at installing the Bohle Easy Mount Vario. Bohle’s new glass balustrade system, the Easy Mount system is fully tested to BS6180:2011. Suitable for floor or lateral mounting offering quick and easy glass alignment with adjustment from just one side.
Bohle will also be showcasing its Liftmaster B1 lifting system. The easy to operate dual circuit vacuum lifter delivers easy and secure handling of up to 180kg while compact and lightweight, it’s incredibly manoeuvrable – packing down to fit into an estate car.
With its easy-to-use systems and handling equipment, installations should run smoothly but if they don’t Bohle will also be profiling a solution at this year’s show – the Scratchaway. Bohle’s glass repair system removes surface and even deep scratches from glass. It means windows can be replaced while repair work is undertaken, saving time and money on site.
Bohle will also be giving away the usual ‘goodies’ including glass cleaners, mirror adhesive, pads, pens and its new blue corner protectors.
“We’re delighted to be returning to the FIT Show this April”, said Dave Broxton, managing director, Bohle. “We’re taking a number of new products to this year’s event which are indicative of how our programme of product innovation is driving new opportunities for our customers, either in accessing new markets or in driving efficiencies throughout their own operations.
“We hope you’ll come and join us. Those who do will be surprised by just what we have to offer.”
