The Universal Trade Frames team has launched the UniDoor composite door range. Manufactured using Epwin Window Systems’ CD70 universal composite door outer frame and a 44mm-thick solid foam core slab, the new UniDoor is marketed as having been ‘designed to deliver superb energy efficiency and outstanding product durability’.
“The new UniDoor is manufactured from a robust slab that’s protected with 2mm GRP skins which are 10% thicker than comparative composite doors,” explained Duncan Saunders, general manager of Universal Trade Frames. “Each door is then encased within the outer frame to create the perfect fit. This manufacturing method provides superior door strength and product longevity.”
Available in six designs, UniDoors are customisable with a choice of 12 colour options and seven complementary outer frame colours. A range of glass and furniture options is also available.
“The visual impact of a front door is crucial in elevating the overall aesthetic of a property,” Duncan added. “Our UniDoor range of styles and customisable features empowers installers to meet the specific preferences of all door projects.”
The UniDoor is marketed as being a range that installers can ‘fit with complete confidence’. The doors within the range are fitted with Yale high-security hardware as standard. A Secured by Design Upgrade is also available upon request.
The doors can achieve U-values of between 1.4 W/m²K and 1.1 W/m²K, depending on the style of door that is selected. All products within the range are manufactured iat Universal Trade Frames’ manufacturing plant in Shropshire.
“We are delighted to have launched our new UniDoor range,” said Duncan. “It is a further example of how we continue to develop the products that our customers require.” For more information about the UniDoor range from Universal Trade Frames, call 01743 442 244 or email sales@utfl.co.uk.
