Framexpress launches new composite door range

Framexpress has continued to build on its CLUB of products, with an extensive expansion of its Comp Doors by Framexpress range – now offering a comprehensive collection of entrance doors at varied price points to suit different projects and budgets.

Adding to its existing Distinction Doors range, Framexpress’ Comp Doors by Framexpress sub-brand is set to become a trusted supplier for multiple entrance door brands, including Smarts Signature Aluminium Composite Entrance Doors, Smarts Designer Aluminium Entrance Doors, GRIPCORE® – a hybrid timber-foam core entrance door – and BRiTDOR® – a solid timber core entrance door.

Jonny Green, Principal Product Manager at Framexpress, says of the launch: “Comp Doors by Framexpress has been a long time coming, so we’re delighted to finally be making it available to customers. From low, medium and high price point projects, our customers now have every option they could need under one roof. From local residential jobs to up-market projects – we’ve got an entrance door that will meet and exceed their specification.

“Plus, with various door types available, we’ve gone beyond the standard composite door expectation to ensure that no matter whether security, thermal efficiency, endurance or style is the priority, we’ve got a door that will deliver.

“While composite doors offer a durable, low maintenance and energy efficient doorset, our new hybrid timber-foam core and solid timber core doors go one step further by providing enhanced acoustic insulation and structural integrity. With such an expansive range, no matter what door customers are looking for, they can look to Framexpress to supply it – along with our complete CLUB of products, from uPVC to aluminium, fire doors, rooflights and more.”

To deliver certainty of supply, the Telford-based fabricator has recently acquired a second manufacturing unit in Tweedale – a 12,000 sq. ft. factory that sits adjacent to its 15,000 sq. ft. dedicated fire door facility. The facility is also being used for the fabrication of its new Ali by Framexpress range.

Framexpress’ latest investment means that the trade fabricator now operates out of a 77,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, with a team of more than 150 trained experts, who help deliver its higher spec as standard products on time, in full and accurate every time.
