According to Ultraframe, sales of the original perimeter ceiling system LivinROOM have reached ‘record levels’ since its launch four years ago and retailers adopting LivinROOM are experiencing ‘significant’ profit uplift.
LivinROOM was the first component in Ultraframe’s recent product development strategy, designed to bring the retailer a mix of value-added components to enable them to deliver every style of build from a simple lean-to structure to a complex, solid roof extension. According to Ultraframe, LivinROOM is still the only configurable ceiling system that can accommodate widths up to 1.2m.
Commenting on the adoption of LivinROOM, Ultraframe marketing director, Steve McIntyre, said: “Trust plays a significant role in the successful adoption of our roof components – none more so than in the adoption of LivinROOM. It was the first ceiling system into the market at a time when our network partners needed something fresh for the consumer – but the critical element in every component we develop is that it allows the retailer to make significant additional margin. Our retailers fully appreciate that every component we develop is designed to maximise the profit of every installation and create a unique and beautiful space, one of our network partners recently reported that 70% of its roofs now incorporate LivinROOM – adding significant cash to the bottom line.”
