Conservatory and extended living space specialist, Prefix Systems, has just been nominated as a finalist in four categories of the Red Rose Awards, an event where Lancashire business, commerce and industry are celebrated at a gala dinner.
On 12 March, at the Empress Ballroom at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens, the winners will be announced with more than1,000 guests in attendance. Now in it’s fifth year, the Red Rose Awards is described as ‘an achiever in itself’, having been named the best B2B awards event of 2014 at the PPA Connect Awards.
Prefix Systems has been nominated as a finalist in the Construction Business of the Year, Innovation of the Year, Manufacturing Business of the Year and Medium Business of the Year categories. 2014 was described as a ‘defining year’ for Prefix, because the company broke the £10 million pound barrier in terms of turnover on the back of further developments to its tiled GardenRoom roof and other options for the emerging extended living space market.
Chris Baron and Chris Cooke, co-directors of Prefix Systems, commented:
“To be nominated in one category would be an achievement, but four is quite incredible. We’ve invested considerably within the business for future growth and to take a lead in the market for extended living, which we see very much as the future for us and our valued partners.”
