ERA hires new customer service manager

Leading home security and fenestration component provider, ERA, has appointed Sumier Foster-Shah as Customer Service Manager, as part of its commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience.

Following five successful years with the company across customer and product support, Sumier will now lead ERA’s team of 15 customer service professionals, reinforcing ERA’s commitment to customer-centricity across its operations.

In his former role, Sumier managed the customer support department for ERA’s smart security products, overseeing a team that handled technical queries and assisted customers interested in ERA’s innovative connected home solutions.

Sumier’s new role will see him expand his focus to a larger team which is responsible for ERA’s mechanical and decorative hardware too, all of whom are dedicated to ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the heart of ERA’s activities.

Sumier will now represent the customer’s voice in key business decisions, fostering strong relationships with fabricators, installers, and distributors, and making strategic choices that prioritise the needs of ERA’s clients.

While he will primarily manage the team, Sumier’s role will also involve regular interaction with customers, both through internal meetings and on-site visits.
