Multi-award-winning installer The Window Company (Contracts) has once again chosen Genius PVC Trade Frames for a major project, this time utilising Genius’s new Deceuninck range. This latest collaboration builds on a relationship that began when The Window Company (Contracts) became Genius’s first customer, initially for Kömmerling products.
David, chairman of The Window Company (Contracts), explained the decision: “We’ve partnered with Genius since their inception, starting with their Kömmerling offerings in 2019. Their consistent reliability gave us the confidence to choose them for this substantial housing association contract, spanning 5-6 years, using their new Deceuninck range.”
The Deceuninck system impressed The Window Company (Contracts) with its distinctive grey gasket and high-quality hardware, as well as its superior energy efficiency and extensive colour options. “David Eagle and his team at Genius are true experts in window fabrication. Their research into new products and attention to detail is always impressive,” David added.
Emphasising the importance of genuine quality control, David praised Genius’s approach: “Many fabricators claim to have quality control, but with Genius, it’s a tangible reality. They demonstrate real craftmanship, and it shows in every product they deliver.”
The partnership between The Window Company (Contracts) and Genius exemplifies a mutually beneficial relationship in the industry. David concluded, “It’s a true partnership, built on trust and shared commitment to excellence. Genius consistently delivers on time and on budget, and we pride ourselves on maintaining prompt payment terms. This mutual reliability forms the foundation of our successful collaboration.”
David Eagle, co-founder and director at Genius, commented: “We’re delighted to continue our long-standing partnership with The Window Company (Contracts). They’re a stellar example of excellence in the industry, and their decision to use our Deceuninck range for this significant social housing project reflects the trust we’ve built over the years. The Window Company (Contracts) sets high standards, and meeting their requirements consistently is something we take great pride in.”
This collaboration on the Deceuninck project further strengthens the bond between two of the industry’s most respected names, promising high-quality results for the end clients in social housing.
