Over two open days, the new roof system was demonstrated at their Blackburn Showroom for customers to preview.
Designed to integrate seamlessly into Prefix’s core roofing product offering and following the same ‘best-in-class’ approach that runs through all its products, the WARMdeck is a ‘must have’ product for those installing flat rooflights and lanterns.
Made from a lightweight, composite engineered timber structure, WARMdeck offers incredible strength, rigidity and continues Prefix’s commitment to its ‘true warm-roof’ ethos, ensuring superior thermal performance.

A choice of fascia, soffit, and gutter options in white, grey, or black. And for a personalised touch, we also offer upgrades to any RAL colour upon request, allowing you to create a truly unique look. There is also the option to add the ornate aluminium Orangery Gutter Shroud.
Another unique WARMdeck design option allows for cantilevered soffit overhangs of up to 1 meter (subject to survey) adding an elegant architectural touch to your project while providing additional shading and shelter.
