Everglade Windows has unveiled its TECHtalk calendar for 2024, with three sessions set to take place throughout the year.
Launched in 2020, Everglade Windows said its TECHtalk sessions have quickly become a popular part of its support package for customers over the past four years.
Since its launch, Everglade Windows has hosted 11 TECHtalk sessions. The company said it has provided over 200 attendees with more than 22 hours of invaluable industry insights, discussions, Q&A’s and important updates its customers should be aware of.
The first session, which is to take place on Friday 15 March 2024, will be in partnership with the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF), where senior technical officer, Kevin Jones, will discuss rising failure rates across the industry and sharing ways in which these can be avoided.
Bhavik Dabasia, technical director at Everglade Windows, said: “Our TECHtalk sessions have become a key calendar date for our customers. Our first of 2024 is with Kevin Jones, where he can impart his knowledge on the failure rates spike and how we can help our customers avoid them.
“Our entire ethos is centred around looking after our customers, and our TECHtalk sessions are just one of the investments we make into ensuring our customers have access to all of the knowledge possible, so they can learn and grow with us. We’d urge all our customers to attend, and we’re looking forward to seeing them on Friday 15 March.”
The two remaining sessions will take place on Friday 28 June and Friday 4 October 2024, with topics to be confirmed in due course.
