Despite a market slowdown, the Leads 2 Trade team has generated 13,000 raw enquiries a month, the business’ representative has reported, adding that 40% of those leads were for double glazing.

We book the meetings for them, and support them through the journey, with an email, text and telephone call, confirming the first appointment. We then contact them after, to see if their needs have been met. Everything is done for them.”
With eight out of 10 leads sold, the leads typically achieve a 1:3 conversion to sale rate with a cost of sale as low as 8%. The company’s 16-strong call centre
