Winlock Security has appointed Dave Clark and Nathan Hutchon to its board of directors. Dave has been with the company since April 2012 as finance manager, but is now finance director. Nathan has been employed at Winlock since January 2012, and is now its sales director.
“Dave and Nathan have both performed outstandingly well in the 10 years that we have owned Winlock, and in particular during the huge challenges of the last two years,” explained managing director Alan Parker, on behalf of Winlock’s owners. “They have made a major contribution to Winlock’s transformation. We are delighted that they will be joining myself and Michael Davidsen on the Winlock board, helping to drive the development of the business in the long term.”
