Apeer’s Nigel Evans is retiring at the end of January, with Lucie Miller set to take over his role as southern regional sales manager.
Nigel, who is said to be a well-known face in the industry with over 43 years of experience, leaves the company after six years. According to Apeer, he takes with him his ‘encyclopaedic’ knowledge of people and companies that his colleagues will miss.
“It has been a pleasure to have Nigel on board,” said Asa McGillian, Apeer’s managing director. “He is known by lots of people and he knows the industry inside out. We wish him all the best in his retirement.”
Nigel is looking forward to spending more time with his family in retirement, having recently become a grandfather of three, as well as enjoying more tennis. “I wish all my colleagues and customers the best, and every success for the future,” he said.
Lucie Miller joined Apeer in October from Truedor and will develop Apeer’s business in the south of England, introducing more customers to the Apeer door and Lumi window ranges.
