Specialist REHAU trade fabricator, GRM Windows, has launched a brand new website at www.grmwindows.co.uk to help communicate what it believes makes it stand out from other trade fabricators.
The website shows the attention to detail in every GRM window and highlights the ‘specialist machinery and skilled team who ensure that GRM windows adhere to the very highest quality and performance standards’.
The website includes a downloadable version of the new GRM brochure, showing the company’s window, door and conservatory ranges and downloadable versions of REHAU’s consumer brochures for use by installers selling to homeowners direct.
Other useful features for GRM customers include a pricing and ordering tool for bi-fold doors and a password protected area for the online tracking of all orders placed.
The website gives visitors a taste of the ‘history and heritage’ of Pontyclun based GRM Windows, from when it was founded by Gareth Gambling in 1975, and shows the recently extended factory and trade showroom area.
Gareth’s son, Richard Gambling, who is now the managing director says the website has been deliberately designed to give visitors a ‘real flavour’ of the business and its commitment to quality. He said: “We know that when trade customers visit our factory and meet us face to face, they are impressed by the precision and expertise of our fabrication team and with the personal service we always offer.
“With the new website, we’ve concentrated on communicating those two key elements so that virtual visitors will be impressed in the same way.”
The website includes full specifications of the products in GRM’s range including casement windows and multi-fold doors in the REHAU TOTAL70 system and vertical sliders in REHAU Heritage with the option of the new run-through sash horn. This includes thermal performance and security characteristics and links to the websites of GRM’s hardware and glass suppliers to give customers additional detail.
